1. Research Use Only — Critical Disclaimer

All products sold by KeoSupps are exclusively for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. These products are NOT approved by the FDA, EMA, or any other regulatory body for human consumption, injection, ingestion, or topical application. They are not medicines, supplements, or food products.

By purchasing from KeoSupps, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• Products must be handled only by qualified research personnel
• Products must be kept in secure, controlled laboratory environments
• You understand the legal implications of purchasing in your jurisdiction
• No medical claims are made and none should be inferred

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to access this website or purchase any products. By entering the site and placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. KeoSupps reserves the right to cancel any order where age verification cannot be confirmed.

3. All Sales Final — No Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of research chemicals, all purchases are non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, product not meeting expectations, inability to use the product, regulatory issues in your jurisdiction, or customs seizure.

Exception: Only in cases of documented damage upon arrival or a demonstrable manufacturing defect may we issue a one-time replacement at our sole discretion, if reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence sent to contact@keosupps.com.

4. No Returns

No returns are accepted under any circumstances. Once products leave our facility, they cannot be returned for any reason, including incorrect product ordered, quality concerns, customs issues, or carrier damage or loss. You assume all liability and risk for products once they are shipped.

5. No Warranty

All products are provided "as-is" without any warranty, express or implied. While we maintain strict quality control and third-party lab testing, we make no guarantees regarding product efficacy, long-term stability, purity beyond stated percentages, or applicability to specific research needs.

6. Limitation of Liability

You assume all risk associated with your purchase and use of products. KeoSupps, its owners, operators, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or misuse of products, including but not limited to: adverse effects, personal injury, property damage, loss of profits, or legal and regulatory violations by the buyer.

By purchasing, you waive any and all claims against KeoSupps related to product quality, safety, or use. Our maximum liability in any event shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product in question.

7. Proper Handling and Storage

You are responsible for proper handling, storage, and disposal. Products must be:

• Stored in secure, climate-controlled laboratory environments
• Kept away from unauthorized personnel, especially children
• Maintained according to applicable pharmaceutical storage guidelines
• Disposed of according to local regulations for research chemicals
• Used only by trained, qualified research personnel

8. Resale and Redistribution

Resale, redistribution, repackaging, or transfer of products to third parties is permitted. If you intend to resell or distribute our products, we encourage you to notify us at contact@keosupps.com for support and partnership opportunities. KeoSupps is not liable for any representations or warranties made by resellers beyond those provided by KeoSupps.

9. Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, receipt, possession, and use of products complies with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations. KeoSupps makes no representation that products are legal in your jurisdiction. We are not responsible for customs issues, regulatory violations, or legal consequences arising from your actions.

10. Shipping and Delivery

All products are shipped at your risk. We ship in discreet, unmarked packaging. We are not responsible for carrier delays, losses, damages in transit, or customs seizure. All liability transfers to you upon handover to the carrier. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

11. Batch Testing Documentation

All products are third-party laboratory tested for purity and potency. Batch quality documentation is available upon request and represent the state of the product at the time of testing. We are not responsible for degradation or contamination after delivery.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of KeoSupps. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

13. Governing Law
