1. Research Use Only - Critical Disclaimer

All products sold by KeoSupps are exclusively for in-vitro research and laboratory use only.These products are NOT approved by the FDA, EMA, or any regulatory body for human consumption, injection, ingestion, or topical application.

By purchasing from KeoSupps, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• Products are for laboratory research and in-vitro testing only
• Products are NOT for human use in any form
• Products are NOT for veterinary or animal use
• Products must be handled only by qualified research personnel
• Products must be kept in secure, controlled laboratory environments
• You understand the legal implications in your jurisdiction

2. No Refunds — Final Sale Policy

All sales are final. No refunds under any circumstances. Due to the nature of research chemicals and their potential for misuse, all purchases are non-refundable. This includes change of mind, product not meeting expectations, inability to use the product, or any other reason.

Exception: Only in cases of documented damage upon arrival or demonstrable manufacturing defects may we issue a one-time replacement at our sole discretion, if reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

3. No Returns — Final Delivery

No returns are accepted under any circumstances. Once products leave our facility, they cannot be returned for any reason, including incorrect product ordered, quality concerns, customs issues, or carrier damage or loss.

You assume all liability and risk for products once they leave our facility.

4. No Warranty — As-Is Products

All products are provided "as-is" without any warranty, express or implied. While we maintain strict quality control, we make no guarantees regarding product efficacy, long-term stability, purity beyond stated percentages, or applicability to specific research needs.

5. Liability Waiver

You assume all risk associated with your purchase and use of products. KeoSupps, its owners, operators, employees, and representatives assume no liability for misuse, adverse effects, loss of profits, indirect or consequential damages, or legal/regulatory violations by the buyer.

By purchasing, you waive any and all claims against KeoSupps related to product quality, safety, or use.

6. Proper Handling and Storage

You are responsible for proper handling, storage, and maintenance. Products must be:

• Stored in secure, climate-controlled laboratory environments
• Kept away from unauthorized personnel, especially children
• Maintained according to pharmaceutical storage guidelines
• Disposed of properly according to local regulations
• Used only by trained, qualified research personnel

7. No Resale or Redistribution

You explicitly agree not to resell, distribute, repackage, or transfer products to third parties. Violation will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

8. Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your purchase and use of products complies with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws. KeoSupps is not responsible for customs issues, regulatory violations, or legal consequences of your actions.

9. Shipping and Delivery

All products are shipped at your risk. We ship in discreet, unmarked packaging for privacy. We are not responsible for carrier delays, losses, or customs seizure. All liability transfers to you upon shipment.

10. Certificate of Analysis (COA)

All products are laboratory-tested for purity and potency. COAs are available upon request and represent the state of the product at the time of testing. We are not responsible for degradation or contamination after delivery.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
