Shipping Methods

We offer worldwide shipping with the following options:

• Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days - Free on orders over $150
• Express Shipping: 2-5 business days - $25
• Overnight Shipping: Next business day - $50

Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents. Products are carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival. Each package includes a packing slip and Certificate of Analysis.

Order Tracking

All shipments include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Tracking updates are also available in your account dashboard under My Orders.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs inspections and delays. KeoSupps is not responsible for customs holds or additional duties. International shipping typically takes 10–30 business days.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes. These are not included in the shipping cost and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number, tracking number, and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.

Shipping Address

We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is correct before completing your order. We cannot guarantee delivery to addresses that are incorrect or incomplete.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on opened or used products. In the rare case of a manufacturing defect or incorrect item received, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will resolve the issue at our discretion.
