Shipping Methods
We offer worldwide shipping with the following options:
- Standard Shipping: 7–30 business days - Free on orders over $150
- Insured Shipping: Tracked & insured delivery - $60 (covers loss, damage, and customs seizure)
Packaging
All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents. Products are carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival. Each package includes a packing slip, and batch quality documentation is available upon request.
Order Tracking
All shipments include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Tracking updates are also available in your account dashboard under My Orders.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs inspections and delays. KeoSupps is not responsible for customs holds or additional duties. International shipping typically takes 10–30 business days.
Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes. These are not included in the shipping cost and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us immediately at contact@keosupps.com with your order number, tracking number, and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.
Shipping Address
We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is correct before completing your order. We cannot guarantee delivery to addresses that are incorrect or incomplete.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances and do not issue refunds once payment is processed. In rare cases of verified manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we may provide a one-time replacement at our discretion.
