Tesamorelin

Historical Background

Tesamorelin was developed by Theratechnologies and approved by the FDA in 2010. It's a synthetic GHRH analog with enhanced potency and stability compared to earlier forms. Specifically approved for HIV-related lipodystrophy but widely used for general anti-aging.
